Shipping Information

Here’s everything you need to know about how we craft, freeze, and ship your Rupiani’s® pizza.

Crafted in our downtown Chicago kitchen and carefully blast-frozen at our Wheeling, Illinois shipping facility, each Rupiani’s® pizza ships Monday through Thursday with free 2–3 day expedited delivery across the U.S. International shipping is not available. UPS is our primary carrier, though some orders—particularly to nearby states—may ship via FedEx or USPS.

Orders do not ship on Fridays or weekends to ensure proper handling of our perishable pizzas. Each box is packed with plenty of dry ice, so your pizza arrives frozen and fresh within a few days.

Please note: Rupiani’s® does not ship on the following observed national holidays. Orders placed on or before these dates will ship on the next available business day:

Shipping Protection (Optional)
For extra peace of mind, we strongly recommend optional shipping protection through Route at checkout. For a small fee, Route covers your package if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Claims are fast and handled directly by Route—no carrier back-and-forth required. Shipping protection can be removed at checkout if you prefer not to include it.
