HOW SHIPPING WORKS
Every Rupiani's® pizza begins in our downtown Chicago kitchen and is carefully blast-frozen at our Wheeling, Illinois shipping facility before heading to your door.
IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TIMES BEGIN AFTER SHIPMENT
Our 2–3 business day delivery estimate begins once your package has been transferred to the carrier, not when the order is placed. You'll receive tracking information automatically as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE & ORDER CUTOFF
We prepare frozen shipments Monday through Thursday to help protect the cold chain and deliver your pizzas in excellent condition.
THURSDAY ORDER CUTOFF
Our weekly order cutoff is Thursday at 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after this cutoff will generally ship the following Monday or next available shipping day.
ORDERS BEFORE THE CUTOFF
Orders placed before the cutoff are typically prepared for shipment during the same shipping week. The cutoff does not constitute a guaranteed ship date.
NO FRIDAY OR WEEKEND SHIPPING
We do not ship frozen orders on Fridays or weekends to prevent highly perishable packages from sitting unnecessarily in carrier facilities.
FULFILLMENT TIMING
Timing may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, holidays, weather, carrier conditions, or other operational considerations. Some orders may ship on the next available shipping day.
CARRIERS & DELIVERY
UPS is our primary shipping carrier, though some orders, particularly those headed to nearby states, may ship via FedEx or USPS.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
Every shipment is carefully prepared for transit, and tracking information is provided automatically once your order ships.
OUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Rupiani's® does not ship on the following observed holidays. Orders affected by a holiday will generally be prepared for shipment beginning on the next available shipping day, subject to normal fulfillment timing.

For extra peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding optional Rupiani's® Delivery Guarantee™ at checkout.
For a small fee, Rupiani's® Delivery Guarantee™ provides coverage for qualifying packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Claims are handled directly by Rupiani's®, with no carrier back-and-forth required.
Shipping protection can be removed at checkout if you prefer not to include it.
