Reheating Instructions
HEAT. EAT. CLOSE YOUR EYES.
YOU'RE IN CHICAGO.
This is the real thing — follow these steps and it bakes exactly as it does in River North.
CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA

- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Remove pizza from all packaging.
- Place on a solid (non-perforated) metal baking sheet and set on the middle rack.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes (ovens vary slightly).
- Remove from oven and let rest 10–15 minutes — this step matters. It allows the cheese and sauce to set properly.
- Slice. Serve. Eat while hot.
Important — Read Before Baking:
- Cook one pizza at a time (ensures even heating).
- Use a conventional oven only.
- Do not use convection, toaster oven, microwave, pizza oven, or grill.
- Always cook fully before eating.
CHICAGO CHEESECAKE
- Best thawed overnight in the refrigerator.
- Can be frozen and thawed multiple times with minimal texture change.
- Refrigerated shelf life: up to five days total.
- Best served well chilled — straight from the refrigerator.
- Pairs well with coffee, wine — or another slice of Rupiani’s®.
DEEP DISH PIZZA: QUICK FIXES

Every oven runs a little different — adjust as needed:
- If your sauce is too watery, bake the pizza longer.
- If the crust is browning too quickly, move to a higher shelf in the oven.
- If the crust is not browned enough, move to a lower shelf in the oven.
