Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re committed to offering the most authentic deep dish pizza you’ll find outside the city — and we’re equally committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason your experience falls short, we’ll make it right. That may include replacing your pizza, issuing a store credit, or offering a future courtesy. You can order with confidence knowing that we stand behind every pie we ship.
All Sales are Final
Because our pizzas are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed. Delivery is guaranteed only to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout, as confirmed on the order confirmation page.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments will be honored within 7 calendar days of order placement and will be issued to the original method of payment. Requests must be submitted in writing to customer support.
Product Issues
If your Rupiani’s® order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we’ll promptly replace the affected items — provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, photos of the product as received will be required. Rest assured, we are committed to making things right.
Shipping Delays, Protection, and Responsibility
While most orders arrive on time, delays—especially due to weather or carrier issues outside their control—can happen, and we do not offer refunds or re-shipments for orders that arrive late. For extra peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding optional package protection through Route at checkout, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged shipments so your perishable pizza arrives safely. Once your order ships, customers are responsible for tracking delivery and retrieving their pizza promptly, placing it in the freezer immediately. Rupiani’s® cannot replace pizzas lost, stolen, or defrosted due to delayed retrieval.
