Return & Refund Policy

At Rupiani's, we fully stand behind our deep dish pizzas, offering you the most authentic slice outside the city.
All Sales are Final
Due to our food safety policy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds and do not accept returns, exchanges, and/or order cancellations. We guarantee delivery only to the address provided by the customer at checkout, which is confirmed on the order confirmation page.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments will be honored within 7 calendar days of order placement to the customer's original method of payment. Requests must be made in writing to customer support.
Product Issues
If your Rupiani's products arrive damaged or spoiled, or if you have received incorrect items, we'll cheerfully replace your items provided the issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery. We will require that you submit photos of the product as it arrived to you. Rest assured, we will always make things right!
Shipping Delays
While the vast majority of orders do arrive on time, shipping delays, especially due to weather, are possible and can occur. We do not provide refunds or re-shipments for orders that do not arrive within the estimated timeframe for expedited shipping.
Lost, Stolen, and/or Defrosted Products
Nonno Sergio always said, "È una tua responsabilità!" Essentially, what this means is that once an order has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package and ensure the pizza is retrieved ASAP upon delivery and placed in the freezer. Rupiani's is not liable for lost, stolen, or defrosted products as a result of not being placed in the freezer in a timely manner by the customer.
