Please read this page carefully to understand our cancellation and refund policy which applies to all orders.

We understand that mistakes happen. If an order has to be changed due to a mistake in the ordering process (wrong address, wrong product, change of mind, etc.) we will do our very best to modify the order per the customer's request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so due to the volume of orders we receive and the speed at which we process shipments to ensure fast delivery to customers nationwide.

Due to our food safety policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once orders ship. If your Rupiani's products arrive damaged or spoiled, or if you have received incorrect items, we'll cheerfully replace your purchase. Re-shipments can only be processed if an issue with your order is reported to us within 14 days of its arrival to you. We require that you submit photos of the product that arrived to you in order to be eligible for a re-shipment. If you need further assistance, simply contact customer service.

Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package and ensure the pizza is retrieved ASAP upon delivery and placed in a freezer. Re-shipments will not be issued if the customer did not retrieve the pizza on its delivery date and the pizza was lost, stolen, or melted as a result.

Please allow 3-5 business days after an order is placed to arrive. While the vast majority of orders do arrive on time, delays due to weather and other conditions are possible and can occur. We do not provide refunds or re-shipments for orders that did not arrive within this estimated timeframe.
